2. Orders

All artworks are made to order and are processed only after receiving full payment.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as each painting is created specifically for the customer.

In cases where we are unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified and offered a full refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Payment must be completed through the available payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, credit/debit cards, or net banking).

Madras Art Studio reserves the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We take great care in packaging and shipping all artworks.

Delivery timelines may vary based on the location, type of artwork, and courier partner.

Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.

Any delays due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In case of damaged artwork, customers must share details and photos with us within 24 hours of delivery.

For lost shipments, please contact us within 5 days from the expected delivery date.

Verified claims will result in repainting and re-shipping the artwork.
