Shipping Details

At Madras Art Studio, every artwork is made to order and carefully packed to reach you safely. Once payment is confirmed, we begin creating and preparing your painting, which usually takes 7–14 business days before dispatch.

After shipping, delivery within India typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your order is shipped.

All paintings are securely packed in protective tubes or boxes to avoid any damage in transit. In case your artwork arrives damaged, please share a video and details with us within 24 hours at info.madrasartstudio@gmail.com.

If the shipment is lost, contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. Verified cases will be repainted and re-shipped.
