1. General Refund Policy

All artworks are made to order. Hence, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless it falls under the damaged or lost shipment category.

Refunds will not be applicable for change of mind, customized paintings, or personal preference issues (such as size, color, or design variation).

2. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take utmost care while packaging and shipping your artwork. However, in rare cases of damage or loss:

Damaged Shipments:

If your painting arrives damaged, please share clear images and details with us via email within 24 hours of receiving the order. After verification, the painting will be repainted and re-shipped.

Lost Shipments:

If your shipment is lost or not delivered, please contact us within 5 days from the expected delivery date. We will investigate and take necessary action promptly.

3. Custom Orders

Custom-made artworks are created specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of damage or loss during transit.
